No Limit Patch Solo

Hi folks,

I'm interested in the No Limits Patch for bigger maps, but I don't do multiplayer. I saw in the readme file that the patch is only for the multiplayer edition of civ2. Am I out of luck if I want to do the bigger maps by myself?

Yes unfortunately the no-limits patches are only for MGE and ToT. Fortunately you can upgrade to MGE at my website.... and maybe next year to ToT....

Hey Cedric,

Thanks for responding so quickly. You'll have to excuse me, I'm old as dirt.....so are you saying with MGE I can play the big maps vs the computer?

By the way, I ran across a copy of MGE on Ebay for ten bucks. I need the manual anyway, so I may go ahead and grab it there.

Sure you can. MGE and ToT added the option of multiplaying. They didn't remove the option of playing against the computer.
