Idk, if you intended this, but deleting the entire TraitType will also get rid of GC's ability to move their units after upgrading. I would have just deleted the row in the TraitModifiers table that contains 'TRAIT_CIVILIZATION_EJERCITO_PATRIOTA' & 'TRAIT_EJERCITO_PATRIOTA_EXTRA_MOVEMENT'.
