No natural wonder gold as Isabella?

I'm playing my first game of Civ 7 as Isabella and have encountered two natural wonders, but neither time have I received any gold.

Is this because you have to be the first to discover the wonder, is it a bug, or am I missing something else?

i'm wondering the same thing. i did start with 300 gold, presumably for the Redwood Forest next to my starting location, but i have not received the gold bonus for any natural wonders after that. some other abilities are very specific about wording, but Isabella's leader ability just says "discover" which matches the wording on the in-game notification.

Same issue here. Playing Isabella with Rome. There was no natural wonder near my start, and then on turn 39 and 40, my scouts discovered two separate natural wonders. Neither of them triggered 300 gold, or any gold at all. Both of them were probably discovered by the AI civs first... I have reported it as a ticket to 2K, since Isabella's leader ability makes no mention of her needing to be the first to discover a natural wonder.

I have now found all natural wonders on the map and didn't receive the gold reward for any of them. I'm curious as to whether this is supposed to be the case, or if it's a bug. On most, if not almost all, maps you won't get this reward for any natural wonder except the one you possible started next to.

seems it's a bug where Isabella sometimes loses her gold bonus when loading a save:
