No Patch Download? Already Being Built Bug

Hey. I've looked around for any link that can provide the 1.01f patch, but none seem to work except for one random one that I found...

...but even after downloading, it said that the game wasn't recognized as installed on my machine even though I have it on Steam.

Ordinarily, I wouldn't have looked for this patch since it came out in 2009, and the version my game is running says it came from 2014 (even though the game calls it 1.0.0.1).

On top of that, there seems to be a gamebreaking bug.

If one of your colonies is building something, and you change what you're building in the middle of building, the button gets darkened out and you can't continue building what you originally built. Instead, the game just says, "Already being built" and it never goes away in red.

I've looked all over the internet for anyone else complaining about this, and nobody anywhere seems to have a similar complaint, so I really don't know what to do. :-\

You have the latest version of the game, including the patch. It is the final release.

You are building a stockade with the warehouse second in the queue. If you want to switch your build to the warehouse then click on stockade in the building queue to remove it leaving just the warehouse.

When you add a building to your building queue the picture is greyed out to show that you can't add it again (you can only have one stockade etc). 'Already being built' just means that building is already in the building queue. This is not a bug.

Ah...

Well, that wasn't exactly what I had to do. When I followed your instructions, nothing happened. You set me on the right track though.

I had to double click the active building, and then reclick what I was originally building. This even applied if I had 3 or more buildings queued up. The whole queue would deactivate, and I'd have to choose which building I wanted to build again.
