At least on some tablets you can't right click to move a unit. Even with a pen with a right click button it doesn't work. Only work around is to use the move mode icon on the far left.
Hovering with pen or finger to get info is very hard, the slightest movement causes the popup to reset or just not appear, there needs to be some tolerance for this.
