Well, I could add a second one, but remember, the water is acidic, and the lot of the survivors lost all the technology they had, so it's kinda understandable that the hovercraft is for ERA 4.
 
well, I dont know what the techs are like...but if there is ANY exsisting technology available, then hovercraft should be fairly easy to re-engineer...all Im saying is that it seems that you are making the "war" aspect of the game, sit and wait until the last Era...which seems (regardless of the storyline) to make the game slower...

I could be wrong...like I said, it hasnt been finished and tested...
 
I will be going with my current plan, if my beta testers (I already have one) complain about it being too slow, I will change it, so that there is one available 2nd ERA, but much much much less advanced (Can only move once in water)
 
You know, I'm not too hot with the whole apoclyptic thing but I'm considering checking this one out. Oh and dhighland, I hope that you found out the whole pallette issues. Sorry I wasn't more help.:sad:
 
Abaddon, read the entire story, and read the feature of the water, there is only one unit which can be used to travel across water.

yah, i know. I wasnt talking for gaming effect.. merely visual

Just in some places.. every 3/4tiles along a coast have it two tiles wide rather than one.. it would jus give a bit more natural feel to the map.
