[GS] Non-GS Civs that have changed/benefit from GS

I know it's been talked about in a few threads here and there but I'm looking for a discussion on which have changed. I was inspired by the post earlier about Georgia and other people talking about Germany being buffed through coal plants change.

I have almost won with every new GS leader and am looking to start a game with an old civ next, was tempted by Georgia and Egypt but I want to see if there's any others that have changed how they play in not so obvious ways.
