non stop peace treaty

I made a ten turn peace treaty and fifty turns later it is still telling me i cannot declare war on the civ until our peace treaty runs out. do i have to click something to cancel it?

I think that's the meaning of peace treaty.

didnt mean to flame, just a little testy with sarcastic replies, sorry.

I overwrote the save file (part of the OCD, dont like a ton of em sitting around). BUt i think its still doing it (gotta be 150 turns later by now), ill see if i can figure out how to upload the current save file.

it is possible that our upload does not yet recognize the civ5 saves - if so rename it and add a .txt as a file extension.
you can upload files by clicking on go advanced below the quick reply box and then clicking on manage attachments.
