North America Scenario Ever Made?

Has anyone created a standard vanilla North American scenario?

I've downloaded a few sophisticated ones, but they crash the game. I've tried to create a vanilla one using a North American map, several in-game civs [Sioux, Maya, Incan, Aztec, America, France, England, Spain]. I wanted to include the downloadable Confederacy, Texas, Canada, and California civs [all BtS ver3.13] that other modders have created so well.

Unfortunately, I've such a bad newbie modder that 1) I can't figure out how to load more than one modded civ at a time and 2) figure out how to load an out of game map adding new civs despite many hours of searching the threads for help and futzing with the worldbuilder blindly. I've given up trying to do it myself.

Has anyone made anything like this?

1. I believe this is impossible without trying to merge the two mods into one, which would require a torturous amount of work depending on the size of the two mods.

Actually what I need most is how to add more than one modded civ to any basic map. I've seen it done in many scenarios, but I can't figure out how to load more than one modded civ at a time.
