    Settler Roads due north
    Mordhiemia: Archers 3/30 in 9 turns.
    Octavia's Point: Settlers 3/40, Elvis in 3
      Consider moving Phx NE to quell unhappiness
    Archer: N N to Pure Green, Whale Point City
      Mord Settler ditto, found city
    Neuma: Archer 6/30, change to Settlers
    Reneaux: Move Warriors NW and camp, serf to River Plains
      then Temple 4/40 in 12 turns
      Settlers to complete Wine Mine
    Castle Jayne: Crisis, any ideas?
      could $19 on Settlers, or change to Archer,
      or ... Nemo, you are Chicken Little again!

    Looks good. Would a unit sort out the unhappiness in CJ? We already have a phalanx stationed outside. If it would, then I think we should change to that. I'm wary of Rush Buying a settler because we want to save money for bribing, but if it's the only way..... I think we should build a temple next.
