Norway start help

Hello guys,

For my second city in a Random map as Norway should I settle NW at the river+coast?

It is the only viable fresh water location plus 4 hills. After that I have Im pretty screwed I guess.

I would be tempted to settle on the silk to the West or South West. Fresh water is not the end of the earth, the gold you get from selling the silk will pay for the granary. The culture from the silk is priceless. If going for fresh water I would be more tempted by the spices near the river...very yummy. It is annoying how coastal civs do not get a coastal start, so disadvantaged.
