[NOT A BUG] Earth map: wrong start position for Iroquois and Aztec

This is not really bug, but very nasty feature because of which I even stopped my game for Iroquois on the Earth map.

It seems that on the Earth map the starting positions for Iroquois and Aztec are inversely placed so that both Iroquois and Aztec almost cannot use their unique abilities.

How to confirm:
Just start a game on the Earth map for Iroquois and confirm that you are in the jungle near the center of South America without a single forest tile on the whole continent.

Very strange...

That time I restarted game four-five times with different map sizes (huge, large and normal) and the start position was always at the same place (in the middle of the Amazon rainforest) and at the same tile (if the map size is the same).

Now I tried again and the starting position was random...

I cannot explain this.
