I started a new earth 18 civs map, with Next War mod, to try out the latest patch (didn't work but that's not the point). I met France, then decided to zoom out using F11 as I'd just figured out that the key took you straight into space. I rotated the globe a few times, circled around it, then ended my turn. Suddenly, every single country in the world pops up one by one as if I've just met them, asking for peace or war, and everybody knew everybody else (fthe What do you think ... ? option).

Here's the screenshot:

It was turn one so I didn't have one, but I'll try it again.

How does one post saves?

You can save the game on turn one. To post a save, do one of the following:

(Easy way) - Click the "Manage Attachments" button, and then browse to the location of your file. (When you save your game, make sure you put it somewhere where you'll remember it, like the c drive).

(Harder way) - Scroll to the bottom of the forum, and click "Upload File". You can then browse to the location of the file you want to upload. When you've uploaded it, copy the URL that it gives you. It might be something like http://www.civfanatics.net/uploads/buggysave.zip or something. You can then paste the URL into your post.

I think it's my mistake, actually - I was using World Builder that turn to try the patch, but Apostolic Palace still isn't there - and then it happened, after putting in every wonder to see if AP and SDI were there. When I re-tried, it didn't happen until I tested with WB.
