Hello.
I have an old 64mbRADEON 7500, with 512 megs of ram.
I have absolutely no problems running vanilla Civ 4 and warlords, but it seems like whenever I download a mod, the flags are always white.
This may be considered a mod-specific issue, but I thought it may be something more because it seems like every mod does it (at least every mod with custom flags, I assume).
I just upgraded my drivers to the max and cranked up details, but still, the flags are white.
Any suggestions?
