I know this goes in tech support, but there are 11 times as many people here.

First, please stick to the forum structure. There is no point in having a dedicated Tech Support forum if people post such threads everywhere.
Second, you must provide more details if you wish to receive accurate help. Simply stating "the demo crashes after I start it" is vague -- there could be a lot of reasons for a crash. The more info you give, the more likely it is the problem will be solved. The best starting point is to give the technical specifications of your computer.
I would look for one of the already-present threads in the Tech Support forum on this subject to continue the discussion.
