Treaty of Rome

-3 Battleships, 11 Heavy Cruisers, 20 Light Cruisers from the Kingdom of Two Sicilies shall be purchased by the Kingdom of the Lowlands for a cost of 75 IC, to be paid in five turns (15, 15, 15, 15, 15 respectively). Hand-off will begin immediately.

-The islands of Sicily and Sardinia have been bought by the Kingdom of the Lowlands for an additional 10 IC, to be paid after the above transaction is complete. Hand-off will begin immediately.

- The Kingdom of Two Sicilies will now officially change its name to the Roman Empire.

- The Roman Empire and the Kingdom of the Lowlands are now officially in a offensive/defensive military alliance

- The Kingdom of the Lowlands will help ease the Roman Empire’s transition from an absolute monarchy to a constitutional monarchy by having Lowland agents oversee Rome’s first official Senate elections since the days of Julius Caesar.

- The Kingdom of the Lowlands will hand over the technology pain-killer immediately to the Roman Empire.
