Nukes

Its the early 50's and i have researched all the techs and acquired all the resources to build tact. nukes and icbms + the manhattan project......but when i go to the production window of my cities, the option of building nukes doesn't appear.

Id APPRECIATE it if anyone can plz give me any advice or info

Oops, saw that you have the resources. you must actually build the Manhattan proj to make nukes.
