NutraNESIII: Heirs of the Dragonborn

A heads up, I'm retooling the mechanics surrounding provinces/settlements. In general what's changing is that the province stats are taking precedent, while the settlement stats will be bare and in most situations only contain tribute and prosperity. This is to emphasize that the players are not, initially at least, out to make great kingdoms, but to conquer a lot of land in the name of the queen. It also allows me to focus more so on the war aspects of the NES :P

I'm going to take a quick nap, then get back onto fixing up stats. After that I'll have a faq/How do I play this? post because I recognize things may be a little confusing if you're not in my head!

Finally got around to reading it and "interesting" sounds about right. :p

Top notch update as usual. I don't think I'm all that unlucky, all things considered. ;)

EDIT: That said, I'm very curious as to the specifics of my arrangement with Arzal. How does he think he's going to keep control over me? Does he pay me? Do I pay him? Am I supposed to defend anything or attack anyone, or is he keeping me in reserve for now?

Sorry for disappearing for a bit guys, on Friday I was checked into the hospital after passing out at the top of some stairs and tumbling all the way down (I am anemic and this isn't the first time this has happened to me). They didn't want to release me till today for some reason, but I'm out in more or less mint condition (a fractured rib and series of bruises you can't really see since I'm black is all that I got). Things will get back on track by Wednesday because I'm still a bit out of it.

A note: I'm kinda restarting the NES over. I'm focusing on 1 continent (the western one unless people have strong opinions for elsewhere) so that players can readily be in touch with one another and there is not so much for me to juggle.

F**K. That really sucks man. That rib must hurt loads when you breathe, and the anemy isn't a thing to laugh at. I hope that you get well soon from all of those injuries.

As for restarting, I guess it could work well. However, I think that it could make it a bit difficult for everyone to be put in the same continent and all of us trying to get the glory over others. This is your NES, however, so you can do what you want.

*chirp*

(I'm still interested, if you weren't sure.)
