But that wasn't Kenyan anti-colonialism. That's a different matter altogether. Kenyan anti-colonists were fast enough to dodge British bullets, which is cheating.

Obama's father was a Kenyan politician shortly after independence i believe, and Newt seems to be suggesting that Obama inherited his political ideology from a father he met once. Although I really don't see what Kenyan anti colonialism would be in today's political environment, since you know Kenya's independent, to put it simply Newt Gingrich is taking advantage of his audiences stupidity and racism.

I don't think Newt was stupid for saying it, he probably deep down know's it's not true. I think he kind of just threw together words that would sound scary to his base, Kenyan, anti-colonialism, and Ideology. BTW saying that anti colonialism is bad, is racist when referring to any colonialism in Asia and Africa.

I know how you feel about Newt, but he is not a moron, and a pretty good author. I think the real issue here is that he sees Obama for who he is. That's nothing new most people now are coming around. I can hardly find anyone who even admits they voted for him. I love the Kenyan anti-colonial worldview BTW! Obama dems are going down in upcoming elections, so celebrate, enjoy!!!!
