Obama's ‘Plan’ To ‘Impose Homosexuality’

Obama will himself personally engage in homosexual intercourse with all 150 million American men.

"The letter also claims the law could lead to an “employer telling you to remove the Bible from your desk because it is offensive to the homosexual or cross-dresser he was forced to hire.”"

Wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

it would be illegal “to fire, refuse to hire, or fail to promote employees simply based on sexual orientation,” as it is currently illegal to do in cases of race, color, religion, sex, or national origin.
Are these people taking time out of their dreams of having gayness shoved down their throats to do something about the government imposing Christianity?

"The Employment Non-Discrimination Act (ENDA), is a proposed bill in the United States Congress that would prohibit discrimination against employees on the basis of sexual orientation or gender identity for civilian nonreligious employers with over 15 employees."

The gender identity thing most likely is regarding transsexuals and transvestites. At Morgan Stanley, we had some clauses in our workplace guidelines regarding clothing. It was that transsexuals are expected to dress according to their new sex. I'm pretty sure it had a part for transvestites (aka cross dressers) which was, if you want to wear the clothing of the opposite sex, you have to always wear that. Something similar to that. I don't remember exactly. I might be wrong about the transvestite part, but I'm not wrong about the transsexual part.

Women can wear men's clothes without anyone raising an eyebrow. Why can't men wear women's clothes eh?

But the women running around in strapless cocktail dresses are okay?

Well, I was employing a bit of hyperbole there. Frank could be in an Amish woman's dress and it would still not be okay with me. If you've got a johnson, dress like a guy.

Noooo i don't wanna catch teh gay !

Why? What is the virtue of dressing like a man? And if a woman can dress as a man, why can not a man dress as a woman?

Social mores, customs, etc. It is unacceptable and totally unprofessional and I would not hire anyone who did that, and would fire anyone who started to after being hired.

Doesn't sound like very good reasons to me. And I would hope they sue you for unlawful termination.

Also what if they start wearing a bra and panties under their clothes? Are you going to pantie check you workers?

Missouri has no law protecting them, so meh. But you know what, I'd close my business down before being told that I have to allow my employees to dress however they want. It's my business, I should have a say in the image it puts forth. So yeah, go ahead and start imposing ridiculous standards on small businesses. Woo, PRC #1

Of course not. If it is not visible so how would that have any bearing on anything?

VRWCAgent just wants to minimize the risk of someone showing up in the same little black dress as he does. Perfectly reasonable action on his part.

I can understand having your employee's wear professional business attire. But they should be free to wear whatever professional business attire they so choose. There is no reason why a woman should not wear a men's business suit, and similarly no reason why a man should not wear a woman's business suit. Failure to allow this is simply gender-based discrimination resting on arcane notions of gender roles. And such discrimination shouldn't be tolerated regardless if a business is private or not.

you can trip over your own dress.

Not if we adhere to acceptable measures of skirt length. We girls have standards, you know.;)

:lmao:

Can I sig this?

The Far Right have obviously seen through the clever lies of teh socialist marxist fascist that was born in Kenya and wants to spread soshalizm to all.

Yes, of course, you're right. The dress codes needed at work do not have anything to do with sexual identiy. Cross-dressing is something you need to "hide" the same way you hide piercing or tattoos at the bank desk. There is however a fine line, and as already pointed out, transgender =/= cross-dressing ;-)
