Women can wear men's clothes without anyone raising an eyebrow. Why can't men wear women's clothes eh?

It is all about appearance, since women still look like women, even if they are dressed in what men normally wear, but a man wearing a dress does not look like a woman. Basically what VRWCA is trying to say that if you appear to be a man, dress like a man and if you appear to be a woman, then dress like one. I would say that would be comon sense.
