Hi, I'm a long time lurker but rarely post. I'm looking into starting a OCC, which I've never done before.

I play well on Noble and I've grasped at Prince here and there but it's pretty much win some lose some on anything above noble.

With that said I figured Noble is a good target difficulty to start my OCC adventure. Are there any good strategy guides for these or does anybody have any good tips?

EDIT: My apologies. I'll be playing on BTS. And yes I did misspell Guide....

There is a OCC Guide for Beginners in the Strategy Guides subforum of the S & T forum

I'm not a big player of them. Maybe KMadCandy will view this thread-she does some pretty amazing things in her OCC games. Like get a UN diplomatic victory.

Thank You.

So my first attempt went horrible. I realized midway through the classical era that I was on a continents map and my city wasn't on the coast.

If anybody else begins this adventure, don't make the same mistake. heh

Yes, start with Pangea.. ;) Although in either case, try to keep all opponents at war if possible, it keeps them from running away in tech. It should be possible to get a space win..
