It may seems to be a dumb question, but how do I make a map where no one can built settlers for a One City Challenge (OCC)?

I had assumed that the OCC means that you build one city but the AI can build more?

Just go to the editor and make the settler unavailble to all civs. Of course you'll have to make sure they start with a settler unless you know how to put down cities.

Just as possibly, the gameplay of the AI will get screwed and you won't get the challenge you long to have.

Maybe making a map that allows only 1 city (or up to 4 maybe) for each civ is more viable. But it could also cause the AI to go crazy warmonger.

Make the settler upgradeable to a warrior

It'll disappear from the build queue

Edit: Better yet, set it upgradeable to worker!

I tried that once in my BattleShip Scenario but the AI wouldn't build any city improvments they would only build units, and the AI would not grow.
