Odd random civ.

While doing a large random game, I mysteriously achieved getting Israel ( and David ) as my civilization. Funily, I had unrestricted leaders on so I am a little surprised that I had this match so well.

How balanced is Israel, since checking the files, they're not meant to be playable.

You will not be able to build settlers until very late in game, and you will lack stuff like unique terrain improvements. In theory it is playable, but I wouldn't recommend it.
