Oil and Spies questions.

Where is my enemy getting oil from and is there a way of finding this out? He doesn't have any oil or uranium in his land but is building destroyers.

How can I find out who is constantly damaging my stuff with their spies? Is the leader that is furious more likely to be the culprit than cautious or does it not work like that?

It's possible the AI is trading for oil, in which case you can check their relationship with other AIs - any active trades will be listed on the bottom I believe.

Spy actions spend espionage points, and the espionage page show how many points an AI has invested and the change in points invested from turn to turn. If you see a sharp drop in points invested after a spy action that means the AI spend their points on something, letting you know who did shenaniganry. Beyond that I would assume lower relations makes you a more likely target for espionage, but I'm not sure how much of an impact it makes - if it has an impact at all.
