Okay, this is pissing me off (Israeli flag)

I have no idea what this "second color" nonsense is about, so I'm just going to give up and use the bitmap method.

See, if you notice, all of the default flags are two colored in game; one of the colors is the same as the civs borders, the other is the civs second color.

SUCCESS! Sort of. I'm able to produce a white star on a blue flag. It shouldn't be too hard to rectify. Screencaps to come soon.

Yes, I realize that I need to thicken it, but we have proof of concept.
 
Ideally, it would be somewhere between that and Cyan, but between the two, I picked the Cyan. I didn't want to give America some gay-looking shade of blue.
 
Okay, I consider this to be sufficiently thick. Any thoughts before I make it the final version?
