I'm trying to play SimLife (DOS) on my Win XP system, and I'm getting an age old error with that game (forget how I fixed it).

Code:
C:\SIMLIFE>SML /800 /S6

INTERRUPT 0DH, GENERAL PROTECTION FAULT possible illegal segment
error code = FFFC
eax = 00F0017F      esi = 000A0000      flags = 3A06        ds = 01C7
ebx = 02AC02AF      edi = 000A000E      eip = 000038EF      es = 01C7
ecx = 02AF364C      ebp = 00C09FFF      cs = 019F           fs = 018F
edx = 000A3E00      esp = 000A3DF8      ss = 01B7           gs = 0187
C:\SIMLIFE>

Any clue on how to fix it? (I remember doing it before)

Hm... Probably wont help much.... but...

Have you tried Using Compat Mode?

Also, try using a DOSBox...

Yep, that's about it...

P.S. Nice Specs :)

That's what it says. :/

Whatever it was, it's FAST!

NICE computer!!!

Actually, I also have a bit of a problem. I have the original Need for Speed: Special Edition, and it won't work. I have tried everything, but it simply refuses to install. I think my computer is too new.

And sorry, can't help with your quiery, Chieftess.
