The sounds doesn't stop sometimes is the bug. Until you hit next turn.

Yes you did. This bug happens in every single game and has since the launch of vanilla. You just didn't notice it, it's not a very loud noise as long as you're not zoomed in near the unit. But still very annoying if you're wearing a headset.
