I'm playing Normal Earth map on Noble and I'm going pretty good, to be honest is my best game so far, for the first time I conquered the new world around 1600 and I'm the first in score, tech and culture. I'm going for a Space Race... But I'm surrounded by enemies, principally because I'm friend of a guy that has a lot of enemies, he is 4th in score but in the past he stayed a lot in 1th so I thought would be good ally to him and Roosevelt stayed in the last for long time but then for some reason my friend get down to 4th and Roosevelt go to 2th and he is Furious with me as other two guys.
Roosevelt and one of those guys are my neighboors and already attacked me in the past several times but I defended, but then one time they get a big city and I get it back...
I'm Jewish and could expand my religion just to my friend (because of that principally he is my friend), I tried to Roosevelt but he is the founder of Buddhism so I couldn't (Almost all his cities is jewish and buddhist the other guy is also Buddhist and it make them friends, I was willing to swith to buddhism but I think I go better this way and probably it won't change anything in the diplo stats because they are really anger!
So here is my question: Should I research the project Manhatan and if they declare war Nuke all of them with more than 20 nukes to at least say NO MORE to them? I know about global warming... but the problem is I'm afraid of them nuking me when declaring war and so I want to know if they can make a nuke barrage really fast and then declare war just to nuke me, also if they nuke a city with nukes the nukes will be destroyed?
