One Man's Terrorist Is Another Man's Freedom Fighter

Yes, yes, yes, but the important question is:

Is he still EVIL!??/!!11?1

Looks like terrorism to me.

Looks like an old picture to me...

So a terrorist isn't a terrorist 20, 30 , 40 years later?

What exactly is the amount of years one can no longer be considered a terrorist?

I don't know why this is so hard for people to understand. If Nelson Mandela visited my home, I'd make him empty his pockets before he left. Why? Nelson Mandela is a convicted felon. He's a career criminal. He served 27 years in the pen, for crying out loud! I bet he's covered in prison tatts underneath those suits, the filthy crook.

doesnt the fact that mandela fits the criteria of the government for being a terrorist undermine the label terrorist?

When one stops using terrorism to promote their agenda they are no longer a terrorist, but may be brought to justice for past crimes.

The ANC killed far fewer people than those they were fighting against.

Probably the Church Street Bombing or something. 1983. Not that old.

25 years' old. I call that old.

Not if their cause has been fulfilled, and they have been given a Nobel Peace Prize by effectively the same people.

Hasn't Obama said nice things about Mandella before?

I'm pretty sure this could really hurt him politically.

Perhaps, but if you look at the situation (the frontline states) as a whole, you'll notice that the communists and ANC allies killed a far, far greater number of civilians. You can't really point to all that many times when the South Africans used excessive force, and when they did, the death toll was always significantly lower than media reports and ANC communiques made them out to be.

Yes, the South African government did shoot on civilians at Sharpeville and at Soweto; however, it has to be placed in the context of things like the Soweto riots, in which case it was not at all a peaceful demonstration.

Yes I did. I am an ethno nationalist. Each ethnic group has the right to their own country. All white people in Africa should be deported to preserve the African race(s) and culture(s).

Are many people as obsessed with this sort of thing as you are?

Black men are good in Africa, white men in Europe and asians in asia. Then we can trade and colaberate in science. All groups should be treated equally.
Yeah, I heard this argument from white supremacists a lot. How do America and Australia fit in? Not to mention Russia?

So blowing people is ok as long as the cause is fulfilled and peace prizes are given out? Arafat got a peace prize too along with Gore. You do realize they have no credibility right?
