Ive never used a mod before, so could someone outline the basics for what i do after i downloaded it?

Ahh, ok. Well first you have to unzip the file (with WinZip or WinRar), then copy & paste the contents into your "My Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 4\Saves\WorldBuilder" folder. It should then be selectable.
