Perfection's game is fun, but a little too slow I might say. So since I decided to flip over a few books on HTML and PHP I may as well apply the things in a new dynamic site.

Without further adue, I present you Eat Poop You Cat version 0.1

The game works like this:

If you are presented with a picture you will submit a comment descriptive of it.
If you receive a comment you have to supply a link to a picture.

Note1: Posting comments is a bit peculiar in that you can't include spaces ( ), quotes (") or inverted commas('). Post_comments_in_this_format_with_no_spaces and not like this.

This_is_a_good_comment , this is a bad comment.

The reason is that the code was written fast and I'm not fully familiar with PHP. But I think this does not remove the functionality of the game.

Note2: You can't upload files, only link to them. You can upload a file somewhere (uploading to CFC works for me) then simply post the link to it.

Note3: The link must contain the http:// part otherwise the script will interpret it as a local file.

Example:

Good link: http://somesite.com/somedir/somepic.jpg
Bad link: www.someothersite.com/pic.jpg

Finally, try to restrict your posting to one comment of picture per game. Also, don't take too much in editing your picture otherwise someonelse might post instead. When you have finished editing the picture refresh the main page to make sure the game was where you left it. If the game progressed then post a comment or try to make a new picture (sorry, nothing I can do about this currently).

Play Eat Poop You Cat

Currently at game 1.

Feel free to post about the game and whatever bugs you encounter in this thread.

Have fun! ;)

So you are presented with a comment

You edit a picture and post the link

Someonelse will see the picture and post a comment (remember, you can't include spaces, quotes or inverted commas: post_in_this_format ) and so on...

As an additional recommendation include your name in your comment (i.e. [Aphex_Twin]my_comment) or if you post a picture inscribe your name somewhere in it.

I'll create a user identification system if I have time, but until then this will have to do...

This is interesting!
