One-Tile City Starts

Hi,

It is possible to add One-Tile City Starts (Iska and Ismet) mod to Vox Populi or something to work like this?
In my opinion is the small but essential mod especialy to play with mods which adds some prehistoric eras to CIV V, unfortunatelu is DLL and is over my skills...

Curious why you like the mod? How does it effect the game?

Hi,

I am not an experienced player but in every walkthrough it is written to buy an employee as soon as possible, with this mod it is not so critical (a little slow down gameplay)
I really like mods that adds prehistoric eras, with this mod they get more flavor.
The option to start with one tile could be a pre-game choice (such as natural wonders) or a choice of 1 to 6...
