Hey guys,
First of all I'm new here so hello! I had a pirated version of Civ V and I loved it so much I decided to buy it. Ofcourse I wanted to have the complete experience with all the expansions and DLC so I wanted the Gold edition plus BNW.
I found the Gold edition on onlinekeystore.com for about 16 which is a bargain IMO. So I did some research about the website and everything looked legit. I payed for it, got the key about 10 minutes later and actived everything (I did notice I got a key for Civ V GOTY and one for G&K). So for so good.
Today, however, I noticed I didn't have the Wonders of the Ancient world and Korea DLC, which was supposed to be included in the Gold edition. As some of you would have already noticed by now they gave me keys for the GOTY and G&K which is not the same as the Gold edition. I added the conversation between me and one of their support employees for those interested.
I will just buy the DLC for 5 at steam and I don't really care much about the 5 because I love this game. But I really don't like this kind of unfair business, so if anyone ever asks about onlinekeystore.com, well you get the point.

Hello,
Yesterday I've ordered Civilization V Gold edition CD Key (stated on the
invoice) in your store. I did not receive the key to this product though.
You gave me 2 seperate keys, one for Civilization V GOTY and one for
Civilization V Gods & Kings expansion. This does not contain all of the DLC
like in the Gold edition.
This DLC is missing:
- Civilization and Scenario Pack: Korea
- Wonders of the Ancient World Scenario Pack
I demand you either give me this DLC to compensate for this mistake on your
behalf, or you pay back the 15.51 in return for the keys.

Please read the description of the game carefully. We have not mentioned that Civilization and Scenario Pack: Korea and Wonders of the Ancient World Scenario Pack are included.

Please read my message carefully. I stated that I ordered a Civilization V Gold Edition Key. I didn't get this key. Instead I got a Civilization V GOTY and a Civilization Gods & Kings key. You simply gave me a different product than I ordered.
I would've received the DLC I mentioned earlier if you would've gave me a Gold edition code (which I ordered).
I'm sure you know exactly what you've done though. You state it's the Gold edition and then show some low quality screenshot of the Steam store with DLC which does not belong to the gold version. When I in this case complain about this you refer to that screenshot. Fact of the matter is is that you did not give me a Gold key so that list of DLC you show in the description is irrelevant and what you are doing is illegal.
I will give you one more chance to compensate for the damage or I will take legal action.
