Hi Sezon! I am a little too busy with another PBEM right now to join this one, but maybe next time.

Suggestion: Why don't you give people a couple of weeks to find your announcement, look over the scenario, discuss house rules, etc, before you start play?

[Edit] Nevermind... I thought this was a PBEM, but it must be an online MP game.

Hi Peaster! Yeah that is (khem.. was, because now those remained nations are too week for human player) TCP/IP online game. If i would like to start a new inter-site PBEM game, then i would for sure give some time before an announcement with proposal of game rules. Btw. It's nice to see you!
