Mods (and everyone else), I'll apologize ahead of time because I'm new to the forums and Civ Mods (outside of "official" releases) in general.

That being said, I followed the installation instructions and did a clean install of *Steam*, Civ 5, and all the required DLCs.

Initially, I've enabled these two patches:
--(1) Community Patch (v.94)
--(2) Community Balance Overhaul (v.13)

NOTE that I'm not trying to use all in the lazy, all-inclusive patch (I get error warnings for 6a and 7b, "mod is missing requirements)

Any ideas why the diplomacy screen is missing content? OR is this a *feature* of VP, the ability to enter into a trade agreement without anything to trade?

Community Patch only isn't compatible with EUI at the moment.

You need to select "Community Patch only" in the installer and delete the EUI folder in your DLC folder.

Thanks for the FAST response and sorry if I missed that advice on the boards.

I don't see an EUI folder in that location on my system but there ARE EUI files at C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Sid Meier's Civilization V\Assets\DLC\UI_bc1\Core

I'm guessing I should delete those and then run the patch again, yes?

I am little bit confused now, I think @schreckdc is not trying to run Community Patch Only + EUI.

@schreckdc , do I understand correctly that you installed full Vox Populi from the autoinstaller and then activated ONLY components (1) and (2)? I think this is not supposed to work. You need to activate all components installed by the autoinstaller.

Thanks for the response vyyt.

You're correct, I didn't do it properly. After Recursive's response, I did what was advised and everything worked properly -- then it dawned on me that I didn't have the EUI which, of course, I'd like to use because I love bells and whistles. So I went through the entire process again; this time following instructions for full EUI.

And everything seems to be working!

Thanks for the follow up and esp. to everyone who worked together on this amazing mod -- so cool!

If you activate (2) you have to activate (6a/b/c) or it won't work properly. (3), (4), (5), (7a), (7b) are optional but very recommended, as well as Improved City View (why is that still not included in the package?)
