    Hello everyone.

I wanted to tell you I am moving to Germany for 3 months. I'll study robotics in the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology.
It's possible that during that time I'll have a bit more free time compared to now.
If you are living in the area, maybe we can meet and have a beer somewhere!

I wanted to tell you one more thing.
In the last days I am making a survey about humanoid robots facial expressions, complete with pictures of a real robot.

I think that in CFC there's a large number of users from all the world and with a quite high culture level. So I hope I can find here a lot of people who can help!

If you send me a mail (to gabrit20 (at) yahoo.it ) or just reply here, I'll send you by mail or PM the link of the survey and the password.

    EDIT:

There is a new survey available!

    Here is the link
    and here is the password:
    Spoiler :
    kobiCA

It'll take around 10 minutes to do it and your help is really appreciated.

I'm also willing to do the survey. It's in English I suppose?

I'm willing to try the survey too. I'm Indonesian, so our culture is very different than majority of users here who are usually European/American :p

Here in the Netherlands, that's the age when you are (finally) allowed to buy alcohol.

CheeseWalrus: Second semester on university 16 yo? :) Maybe i din't understand right, but if it's true, it's kind of impressive ;)

RHYE: welcome to my neighborhood, if you will have time to travel come to Czech Republic too (we don't have Schwarzwald, but some things are here interesting too), you are welcomed :) But you are on the other side of Germany, that doesn't have border with CR, so it's probably too far away. Anyway - i'll be happy to participate in your research, so feel free to send me the questions. Enjoy your Germany visit.

    PM sent.

Well, if there are many of you in the area, we could organise a meeting, why not. In Karlsruhe or somewhere else not too far, like Frankfurt.

Besides, I am still looking for an apartment/share house! All the mails I've sent have been either ignored or answered like "We are in Germany. Write in German please", or "You can have the apartment only if you do babysitter to my daughter"...

I will be in Berlin in April and in the Summer, if you happen to be there at that time, I would love to meet you.

I spend a lot of time in the Rhineland at the minute (though will probably not return there until your last month there). I owe you a night on the tiles, and maybe a go on my wife, for giving us the gift of RFC.

Most of the American Military in Germany is stationed in Frankfurt. Sometimes they live off base (especially the ones that have their family with them) - and they usually prefer English speaking, which I imagine you're better at than German. Might have better luck that route.

There are a bunch of them in Heidelberg, too, and Heidelberg is closer. :)
