Has anyone seen anything like this?



I was playing OCC in D+5, as Rome.
 
This is sick. It's a good thing the AI can't use specialists.



Just amagine what caputuring one would do for your score, even after nuking it would be over populated! :D
 
This was encountered in the D+2 succession game. The theory was that because the food box was so small, the grainay made the city grow even if there wasn't a surpluss of food.
