So I had a Pact of Secrecy with Bismarck against Washington early in the game. Went and conquered America early on.
Now at ~300 turns in, I went to talk to old budy Bismarck and was surprised when he said "Any new plans on how to deal with Washington?"
As you know, the dialogue is relatively random, but if you keep ending turn, eventually the first time you talk to him during a turn he should say this again...
