Is there a way to link two cities so that the resources in one are also available in the other (regardless of roads, etc)?
I'm wanting to be able to specifically pair a number of different cities, so airports or their equivalent don't suit as these would create a network of cities rather than several sets of city pairs.
If someone could direct me to the code governing how airports do their thing, it might be a good place for me to investigate.
