I feel like the current pantheons are quite lackluster. The unique ones really stand out but there are so few! A couple ideas I had:

World's Beauty - Holy Sites gain bonus faith from the appeal of the tile

One with Nature - Natural Wonders provide an extra +2 adjacency to holy sites

Center of Faith - Districts next to holy sites gain +2 of their yield (Stolen idea from a Religion Rebalance mod)

Runic Inscription - Shrines gain 1 great work of writing slot and gww's provide +1 faith

Goddess of protection - Holy Sites can act like encampments and defend if you'd city has walls

Any other ideas? I hope that they add more pantheons based on the new mechanics

Not sure how I feel about this one, it seems too reliable.

One with Nature - Natural Wonders provide an extra +2 adjacency to holy sites

I'd increase this to +4, equal to Divine Inspiration, natural wonders are much rarer.

Center of Faith - Districts next to holy sites gain +2 of their yield (Stolen idea from a Religion Rebalance mod)

I'd reduce this to +1, even then I'd say it's incredibly powerful.

Runic Inscription - Shrines gain 1 great work of writing slot and gww's provide +1 faith

I'd rather this be a Civ's unique building.

I'd like to see this added to the Greek Acropolis, which would actually make up for its requirement of being built only on hills, and it makes some sense historically.
 
I don't have a problem with the current pantheon bonuses, other than there perhaps not being enough for my liking. The ones you suggested all seem really strong and maybe some more moderate bonuses would make sense. One that I frequently go for if I have plenty of stone is the Quarry +2 faith, as I find that to be a great bonus.

+1 Food to Ocean Tiles
Could give a welcome boost to coastal cities.

+1 production for tiles next to mountains.
what about making mountains provide an additional +1 faith adjacency bonus?

Naturalism- provides additional science equal to faith adjacency bonus

Unified Faith- +2 Faith for every city you own that follows only your religion

Religious Servants- Gain 15 Faith every time you build a builder-

Voice of Reason- Missionaries have plus 50 more Religious Strength(The ability to convert)

Demonology- When Holy Units die from Theological combat you gain 10 faith

Cosmic Gods- Science Districts provide Faith equal to their adjacency bonus

City Gods- + 1 Amenity in your first 3 cities

Gods of Vanity- +1 Faith from Silk, Cotton, Dyes, Silver, Gold, Gems, Pearls, and Furs

Veganism- No food from animal based resources, but double food from plant based resources (Truffles Included)- Farm not included

Pacifism- + 1 Faith from Religious buildings when at peace

Rationalism- + 1 Science from Shrine

Beacon of Light- + 1 to all yields from Palace

Daily Ritual- Culture District buildings provide +1 additional Faith

Scholar of The Gods- When you "Activate" Great PPl Gain Faith equal to their cost( EX. Great Prophet took 90 points so you get 90 faith) Best in late game

Demigods- Great Generals and Admirals provide +2 more Combat strength

Goddess of Friendship- Gain 2 Faith for every city with more that 1 religion

Holy Waters- Religious Districts gain adjacency bonuses from rivers

Fables- +1 Great Writer Points from Shrines

Goddess of Festivals- Entertainment District Buildings provide 1 Faith

Sacrifice Ritual- When you "kill" enemy religious units gain faith equal to 50% theological combat strength

Religious Messengers- Envoys Provide religious pressure( Not sure how much?)

Revelations- During war religious buildings provide production equal to faith (EX. Shrine 1 Faith = 1 Production)

Fruitful Labors- Building Wonders grants faith equal to the production cost( Prob needs to be changed to like 50%)

Sins- Gets 5 Additional Faith for every denunciation you get

Symbolism- Great works of art provide + 2 Faith

God of Courage- Religious units gain +1 or 2 movement

God of fire- gain faith from pillaging

Secularism- + 1 science in Cities with out a holy site
