Well it does not really show an error. It goes through the entire process of installing, but when you click the button to install it, it freezes. It does not say there is an error until you try and click on it, and then it says the program has crashed.

Ok, I checked the event viewer after I tried to install it again and got an error message. It said,

I have been abla to install patch 3.19 and sort of gave up but reading this I have the exact same problem RaistMaj. Can you help Ori? I am running with admin and have no antivirus software running.

I just can't install the patch. Running the game with 3.17 is fine but when I try to install patch 3.19 at the end of the process I click install and it crashes.

There's an error message 10 minutes after the crash.
sorry for the late reply - I hope someone else finds time to reply as well, but I am currently swamped at work so my reply times are really slow. That said what does the error message say?
