PBEM save from original version won't load

I had started a Warlords PBEM game and now that I've patched it won't load. The error on load says it is due to the lock modified assets option being checked. If anyone knows a solution to this problem I'd like to know how to edit the save to fix it.

Before upgrading to 2.08 you need to clear your admin password.
You can set it again after upgrading.
