PC freezes when exiting Civ5

A used to play Civ5 a lot with W7 without any serious problems. Know I try to play with W10, but often, about half of the times, the PC freezes when i exit the game. The screen goes black and it does not matter what I do with the keyboard or mouse, the only way to get out of the situation is to press the off-button and cut the power.
At one occasion the same freeze happened when I started the game.
Does anyone recognize this or have any advice?

I have the same problem but only since upgrading to Windows 10 ver 1903, it was OK with previous versions on Windows 10.
