    Good job but nothing new: 15 years ago when I was home-schooling my stepson, I had him play a couple of scenarios of Pharoah to learn about daily life in ancient Egypt and, in general, how different/similar people's needs and desires are from 2000 BCE to 2000 CE.

    A good historical game is a wonderful teaching tool . . .

    There have been also other attempts before to educate with Civ (see our 30 years retrospect), but it's still always nice to hear about those things :).
