I am thinking magnetically controlled plasma wave yes, but it's "dumb" magnetic force, as opposed to informaetik force control, which creates hunter plasma shells.

But it also has a godzilla sucking in little thing going on.. he he... not sure what that is supposed to be.

This looks like a near-future carrier, rather than a far-future one, as I imagine in the far future, you would see Starcraft-style spaceship carriers rather than the traditional naval carriers.
