Hi All,
Seeking help from group please. I recently upgraded my laptop to a high end Lenovo Legion (AMD7 + NVIDIA 4060 graphics + 32GB ram). However since upgrading (from a much lower spec'd HP laptop with no graphics card) Civ4 (BTS) is almost unplayable. The issues is with the maps movements and also the movements of the units. Playing off the Steam platform. Other games such as Baldurs Gate 3 play amazingly.
Any suggestions / advise much appreciated.
