Petition To Put Sid Meier In Civ 7

I would like to see Sid Meier added to Civ 7 as a Great Person

In order to honour the great Sid Meier, I would like to see Sid placed in the game. How this work, I am not 100% sure, though I think perhaps as a Great Person of some sort. I believe this is appropriate because Sid created the greatest gaming franchise of all time and thus is part of the human story, at least as far as strategy games are concerned.
 
Not as a usual part of the game but it could be a fun Easter egg if there was a narrative event occurring under some rare circumstances rewarding you with Sid Meier as a great person
 
Sid Meier

Agenda: One More Turn: Medium relationship bonus with civilizations that have been at war or at peace the longest. Small relationship penalty for all civilizations that changed from war to peace or peace to war recently.

Ability: Game Designer: Your capital now produce games, a resource with (some appropriate bonus) which can be traded to your own city or other civilizations. The effect of games and their icon change with each age, from Go/Checkers to Chess to the original Civilization box cover.
 
Some sort of reference would be very fun... I can imagine a Modern Age Narrative Event that can pop up after unlocking Computers saying that people have been making games on them, and that someone has made a "historical" game including [your nation] led by an immortal [you.] One of the choices would, of course, be to say that the idea is ridiculous and will probably never catch on.
 
If he has to be in the game, I wouldn’t want him taking up a leader slot. They’re a lot more resource intensive than they were in 4. But if there’s a thing where, if in the Modern age, you rename your capital to Firaxis (once city naming is reintroduced) all your non-unique Merchants look like Sid Meier, then fine.
 
Sid was the science advisor in Civ III. A nice inside joke for those who knew, simply fit the roll for those like me at the time who didn't.

Perhaps there will be a Sid-related easter egg. It wouldn't be the first, or even second, time.

When we get the Fourth Age, the United States absolutely needs a Great Person unique civilian unit. It could be something like “Celebrity”, and include among Sid Meier the likes of Elvis Presley, Marilyn Monroe, and other not-too-recently deceased stars.
