I was able to access by clicking on the notifications button on YouTube. If you are subscribed to Civilization's YouTube channel, the notification from yesterday that they are live-streaming still links to the video.

Trade routes that are 'faster' (over sea, through tunnels, canals, etc) make more gold (up to double the amount)

Not answered here but maybe elsewhere: can tunnels, which can stretch over a long mountain range, be a quasi-trading post and extend your trading range?
