Pirate flagged shipping

Here's a game play idea, If you have a Pirate flagged ship, and it CAPTURES another ship in battle, the Captured ship should be AUTOMATICALLY fagged as a pirate ship, under your control.

This would stop the automatic flagging of it under your own civ, giving away the nationality of the pirate vessel.

Or (if that's easier) pirates don't capture ships but gain gold instead.
